  • Canned goods were collected for the county food pantries
  • An offering was collected to help with utility bills etc., for those in need in the county.
Pictures of the participants and the congregation for this wonderful service are shown below.  Beautiful music filled the sanctuary at Mizpah and a wonderful Thanksgiving Sermon was enjoyed by Rev. Sylvia Berry of New Morning Star Baptist Church. Scripture reading, prayer and messages of thankfulness were enjoyed by all who attended.  It was a beautiful night of fellowship. Many stated their hopes that this type of fellowship among the churches will continue in the future for other events.
