Sponsored by the Walkerton Vol. Fire Dept. on Saturday Aug. 4, 2007 a fun-filled afternoon was complete with carnival rides, great food, games, a parade and crowning of the Walkerton Fire Department Queen. Festivities began at noon and the parade began at 5:30. Crowning of the Queen took place after the parade behind the Post Office. Last years Queen Kelly Alexander crowned the new Queen Nicole Burrell (shown in the red dress to the right).
